The Beekeeper House is fully operational, with Chiang Mai far from the Thailand–Cambodia border conflict and all travel to the region remaining unaffected.
Our Residential Mental Health Programme at The Beekeeper House in Chiang Mai offers an immersive experience for individuals experiencing challenges related to emotional wellbeing, burnout, anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions. Clients stay at our centre for several weeks, focusing entirely on their recovery in a calm and restorative environment.

Restoration
Healing the mind begins with restoring balance to the body, emotions, and spirit. Our residential programme in Chiang Mai focuses on six key areas of wellbeing to support your mental and emotional recovery:
A key pillar of mental wellbeing is proper nutrition. Our in-house chef, who is also a trained nutritionist, prepares delicious, balanced meals that support both physical health and mental clarity. You’ll also receive guidance on how food can influence mood and cognition, helping you build healthy habits that last beyond your stay.
We offer a variety of recreational activities designed to recharge your body and mind. From yoga and cycling to nature walks and gym training, these experiences help you reconnect with your physical self. Our lush setting in Chiang Mai also offers peaceful excursions into nature, allowing for reflection and rejuvenation.
On-site activities include:
Meditation is integrated into your daily routine, offering a grounding practice that supports emotional regulation and mental clarity. Whether seated in our garden or walking mindfully across the grounds, these moments of quiet reflection become a core part of your healing journey.
Nature plays an essential role in mental health recovery. Whether walking among trees, observing wildlife, or resting near water, spending time outdoors allows for emotional decompression and deeper self-connection. At The Beekeeper House, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the healing energy of our natural surroundings.
Our programme is not just about healing; it’s about rediscovery. Through guided therapy and reflective exercises, you’ll identify and cultivate your strengths—resilience, compassion, creativity, and more—so you can rebuild a sense of confidence and direction in your life.
Through therapy and structured support, you’ll learn to identify unhelpful patterns, build healthier responses, and develop your capacity to manage life’s challenges. Building self-efficacy—the belief in your ability to direct your life—is central to your lasting recovery and wellbeing.
