The process
The Beekeeper House is located just outside Chiang Mai, Thailand, in a peaceful setting surrounded by tropical gardens and forest. The centre has been purpose-built to offer calm, restorative care in a safe and private environment.

Assessment
Upon arrival, clients receive a thorough intake assessment by our clinical and medical teams. If a medical review or stabilisation is required, it will be managed in collaboration with our local hospital partners before treatment officially begins. Once medically cleared, the client begins their personalised therapeutic programme.

Group Therapy & Recovery Activities
We provide round-the-clock clinical care and nursing support, daily therapy sessions, and access to mindfulness, movement, and wellness-based activities. Each client works one-on-one with a primary therapist and joins carefully facilitated group therapy to build insight, resilience, and community.

Treatment Length
We recommend a minimum stay of 35 days for meaningful results, with 90-day programmes offering the most comprehensive outcomes. This longer duration allows clients to stabilise emotionally, embed therapeutic tools, and lay the foundation for long-term resilience. Treatment length can be adjusted to suit each client's personal and clinical needs.
How We Work

Therapeutic rapport is at the heart of our approach. We work to create an affirming environment in which clients can feel safe to explore thoughts, behaviours, and emotional patterns, ultimately gaining the awareness needed to create lasting change.

We use an integrative model drawing on CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies. Treatment is tailored to each client’s needs and preferences while rooted in clinical evidence and compassionate care.

Our themed group therapy approach creates space for shared learning. Topics such as boundaries, self-worth, emotional regulation, and personal growth rotate weekly — encouraging clients to reflect deeply, relate to others, and build meaningful internal insights.

Our programme has been developed by an international team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and clinical directors, all of whom have extensive experience in trauma-informed care, neurodiversity, co-occurring diagnoses, and integrative healing. Our therapeutic framework draws on both Western science and Eastern practices.
The Work Begins

We believe that sustainable wellbeing begins with a strong foundation. Our stabilisation programme offers structured, supportive care to help you feel grounded, regulated, and emotionally safe. It’s designed to gently ease you into the process of healing and create the conditions needed for long-term wellbeing.
